Texas Crusher Systems, Inc. (TCS) manufactures a "VSI Crusher with a difference!" The difference is the unique design features of the Auto-Balance Impact Crusher which result in significant cost savings to the producer.

This cost reduction is 20 cents to $1.00 per ton for the cost of wear parts alone compared to other VSI's. When the cost of labor, downtime and lost production for the time spent changing the wear parts is considered, the cost savings are significantly higher.

Our customers are achieving these cost reductions crushing hard, high silica rock. Customers have told us that the ABI Crusher, commonly called "The Texas," is the only crusher that they could use in their operation because of the type of material being processed.
